If your case is in North Dakota, you can access your next court date and time anytime you'd like by going to:
I HAVE A WARRANT, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If the warrant was issued by Cass County District Court, call the Cass County Sheriff's warrant line at (701) 241-1283 to set up a date and time to go in front of a judge. Note that this will not prevent law enforcement from arresting you on the warrant, but it will make it much less likely they will actively look for you.
If the warrant was issued by Fargo Municipal Court, you can appear in court at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to address the warrant.
